If your item is unwanted...

We do refund on unwanted items as long as they are unsealed and in original packaging with a reciept. If the item you want to return is opened but not wanted this will lead to a 10% handling charge.

You must keep proof of purchase for all refunds or exchanges.

If your item is faulty...

We will exchange or refund if you suspect your item is faulty. We ask for at least 14 days to test the product and to return to manufacturer to recieve an exchange/refund.

When returning compatible HP, LEXMARK or CANON inks, we will exchange immediatley provided you have proof of purchase.

When returning original HP, LEXMARK or CANON inks, we do ask to allow us up to 14 days to return to manufacturer for refund/exchange.

Epson compatibles...

When purchasing compatible inks for your Epson, we can not guarentee they will work as they may not be compatible with your printer. So you must be aware you are purchasing these at your own risk and we do not refund or exchange once the seal is broken on the cartridge.
